I'm a bit confused. According to most sources I've seen, macrolides are used to treat a wide spectrum of gram negative bacteria but you have indicated positive only. Is this just a basic mistake or am I missing something? If anyone could clarify this would be very helpful. Great video btw, thank you! :)
