I can't help but love Fred. He reminds me of my favorite uncle on my mom's side. Give him what he needs to do any job, and it will get done. If you don't just stand aside and he will come up with his own creation and ot will work. My uncle would be about ninty.
He didnt drive the engine to Boness , it was driven there on a low loader . Fred was ill with the Cancer by this point and passed around six months later . The shots of them driving along the roads were just short sections for the purpose of the documentary .
