As of Monday, 179 telecom fraud suspects, captured in the latest joint raid operations in Laos, had been escorted back to China, the Ministry of Public Security said.

If that is the case. I think both Indonesia, China and Laos should work together to formed a criminal investigation and seek these criminality across ASEAN. This not only benefit ASEAN. But this also set a goal between China and ASEAN future foundations to bring crime on both side down further.
