the interior luggage straps do not seem very sturdy. also the luggage was clearly empty, could you store a hard side carry on in it? Doesn't seem like you could. How does this compare to the Thule and Yakima low profile boxes?
Why isn't anyone testing the impact on range of all these for Tesla vehicles? I see individual reviews of individual products, but not comparing the 3-5 most aerodynamic looking. Model 3 owners need extra space for road trips that doesn't crush range by 15%.
Hello. Unfortunately, without costly windtunnel testing it would be difficult to get accurate data due to the variables of wind, road, altitude, acceleration, and grade. We'd suggest ruling out all the tall wide boxes and selecting the narrowest, lowest box that will hold the gear you need to stow. Thanks!
Nobody gives a damn about Tesla besides Tesla owners. Have Elon do some wind tunnel testing. Hypothesis: is bar of soap less aerodynamic than bar of soap with sponge on top at 80mph ? Results: inconclusive.
