Honda's New Classic Motorcycle2024 Honda GB 750 Rumors

  • Honda now has various variants of the motorbike models it sells in the market. Some of them are models with 750 cc engines, such as the GB750 Hornet and XL750 Transalp. However, it turns out that Honda will use the engine base from both models to make the GB750 model. Of course, this model carries a classic design, not a naked bike like the Hornet model.

    I get how a lot want the four cylinder motor. I do get it,but I also like the simplicity of a reliable twin in this format. GB looks great and being a 750 would make it a good suitable choice for USA roads and for those of us that are tired of the more sport oriented bikes they’re the new world standard. I love the looks and everything the new classics they’re making much better. This would be a perfect cruiser for pleasure riding an I think it would do well. Bring it NOW!!!

      I rode a Z900 for 2 years. Fast, handled like a dream, and good looking. I didn't like the ride by wire or at least the way Kawasaki had it mapped. The seat height was a little tall for me. The power delivery remined me very much of the GS1100E I rode for many years. You cannot go wrong with a Z900.

    • @martymiller4300
      @martymiller4300 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Z900 definitely checks all the right boxes, maybe just checks them a little too hard for my needs. Like the Yamaha got light, modern in the right places (ABS and properly designed-if not executed-suspension) and primitive enough to be fun (cable throttle and no rider select modes). But the Kawi is a lovely thing……

    Will buy this in a heart beat as I already been riding CB750 for 20yrs.Reliability is solid. I just wish A Honda brings it to States B it will have nice tank color combos like the original similar what Kawasaki did with Z900RS colors.That yellow green or blue green on Z900RS is to die for.

    • @jeffer1101
      @jeffer1101 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The best looking retro is the Z900 RS SE in the black and yellow scheme. That one also has upgraded brakes and suspension, although I would think it's quite a bit more than this parallel twin Honda would sell for. Personally, I'm not a fan of parallel twins. I find they sound too agricultural and give me the impression the manufacturer didn't want to spend the money on an inline four so they cut costs by using a parallel twin.

      Forget it, they have long past listening to what customers actually want! They have, as many as other motor cycle companies, simply cannot design and build a simple motor cycle any more! They all have to have water cooling, an unnecessary amount of costly technology, over styled impractical complicated engine layout, that makes home servicing out of the question! Yeah, motor cycle design died! Honda's last beautiful motor cycle was the oil air cooled CB 1000 up to a year ago or two ago, now discontinued , because it shows up what ugly over complicated monstrosities they now produce! What you desire they stopped making anymore, because they have lost their way!

    what I want to know is
    when is suzuki going to release their big super luxury tour with A supercharger on a smaller displacement parallel twin.and-air conditioning? The air conditioning is somehow piped in to the back of the driver seat where a special jacket connects to quick release plugs the pipe the air-conditioned air into the jacket. Meaning hot air when it’s cold, and cold air when it’s hot..It’s supposedly also has paint that changes color by flipping a switch..I have suspected that the worldwide virus from China has delayed release of that machine.
