Evri have recently started delivering parcels to my house and they can’t even be bothered to leave in my porch but leave them OUTSIDE the gate on the PUBLIC footpath. In all the years I’ve lived here no courier has ever done that! AVOID them at all costs

Evri Motherwell stole a pair of boots and a pair of jeans out of one of my christmas parcels. Clocked the selotape as soon as the guy tried to hand it to me, refused delivery. When they sent it back to the shop I bought from, I got an email saying I had opened it. Provided video proof from doorbell camera I didn't even touch it. Where were you and DJ around the start of Dec? 😂😂😂
This is my personal observation that Evri are so bad because it appears they are major box tickers when it comes to who they employ. They don't focus on quality staff. The last 6 deliveries I received from an Evri driver all spoke very bad English. I make sure to be home for my deliveries but these buffoons seem to share the same mentality of using your letter box as a door knocker. I have a door bell which none of them ever use. Another bad experience was on a day i was not at home for a delivery because it was the day before they stated on the delivery date. I arrived back around 3 in the morning of the delivery day to find my parcel was outside my house on a public footpath pissed soaked in water due to it being raining none stop all day.
I don't get parcels, however my brother-in-law and my sister get their parcels sent to my house. We have a front porch with an inner door and an outer door, which barely gets used clearly, plus it has a door bell. Plus we have a main side door. Nearly every time, they knock on the front door, when we're sat in the back room. Even if we were sat in the front room, we'd still struggle to hear them knock on the front door. They never think to ring the bell or knock on the side door.

Hi, love them or hate them , this company gives the most efficient, lowest cost and quickest postal service in the UK. Far better than the government subsidised Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Good audit, cheekily riding through their warehouse.
They employ the MOST desperate staff on the absolute minimum wage. It's why you get the service you get.................S H 1 TEE.. It's what we have sayings like 'pay peanuts get monkeys' Companies like this deserve all the exposure and criticism they get as it's a cash cow for the owners, NOT A SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS.

I've never had any issues with EVRI or Hermes. I order stuff online often and never had a parcel go astray.
