Thanks! To answer your question; 1-area AF would be best. Additionally, stopping down your aperture gets you a deeper depth of field which makes for more of your image in focus and less pulsing of the AF
I appreciate your content and I wish you success. If I may wish for one thing, it would be for higher sound volume on your videos as I notice that I have to crank the volume up and when I go to a different creator, my sound system blasts me to the sky. I don't like that and I believe I'm not alone.

Yes I agree, it's mainly because your voice is low like bass, I myself have to listen through a speaker to hear you clearly
