RDR2's is more cinematic, with slow pulses and ambiant strings/guitars/brass. I think it suits the following of the gang better. It also goes crazy when needed. RDR1 is basically full throttle, which also fits perfectly
I just tried this while playing RDR2 Online and boy this is perfect. The low pace and whistling of "Born Unto Trouble" during the loading screen ? Perfect. The tension and the rythm of "The Shootist" while chasing a noob who shot me just after my spawn on the map ? Perfect. The peace and the nostalgia of "Far Away" while searching for collectibles in the Grizzlies at night ? Perfect. Being a multiple times 100% completer of RDR and a true fan of John Marston for all those years, I didn't know this playlist existed for 13 years, now I have the same chills I had in 2010. Thank you, good sir, for these feels !
