INSIDE: Sunrise Christian Academy with Kendall Brown, Ty Berry, Dillon Jones, & Zach Clemence

In the 2018-2019 season, Sunrise Christian made it to Geico National Championships for the first time in the program’s history. Nearly the entire roster graduated from that season, including 5-star center N’Faly Dante, which forced the team to completely rebuild with new talent. Led by 5-star junior Kendall Brown and Northwestern-bound senior Ty Berry, Sunrise Christian is looking to gel quickly and make a return to New York to compete for a national title.

It didn't matter what sport it was, we knew when we played sunrise, we weren't going to win. Volleyball, and soccer; a sunrise game coming up, we would train HARD for the week to come and hype ourselves up, but sunrise would mop us up! It was almost like a running joke, CCA/WOL couldn't beat Sunrise. Especially away games! We would roll up on their campus and feel excited but at the same time doom 😂
