Great advice Brother, A1 advice and you should be a building contractor. I see you have started a contractor business. God Bless🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💙💙💙 Hire this Brother Family, he will save you lots of headaches and money ❤❤❤❤❤
Indeed APTTMH that your electronic equipment didn't become a deadly situation. You both are doing a great job in Ghana. Well done and keep praising YAH for His mercies and grace 🙏🏾✨️😊
@6:00 SCARY - Are you thinking of trying to place that device even higher to get it off the ground more? Perhaps you should buy a fire extinguisher which is rated for electrical fires and keep it nearby
Good tips as always Asher and I've been watching Gad too with the beautiful garden and all the tips of how to shop and store stuff 👌🏾. Thank you guys 😊
That leak must be the most frustrating thing in that house. Our people won’t do professional job once and for all. I always tell those working for me I don’t ask for cheaper price so if they do a shoddy job, they will redo it all without me paying them a dime but it must be sad to watch
I stop posting comments and long really long text on other you tube channels. I really hope to meet your wife and yourself one day soon. Thank you brother for the constant great contend. I am looking forward in the future , of you helping me with my house when I move to Ghana. God bless! And good bye.
I noticed in quite a few residential homes that the space between the window frame and cinder blocks were not caulked/sealed thus leaving a space for ants to traverse.
Great video as usual Gad & Asher. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain the gas cylinder connection. I really appreciate it. I'm a girl by the way 🤣🤣
Hi, was expecting to see the esrthing pole on the compound as well and how it was done as my electrician has left my earth on the compound open and put charcoal around it reason being we should allow it open for rain as well. How true is that. Thanks
Great tips. I am curious to know through out the home building process what do you wish you would have done differently? In the home design, layout, use of local artisans etc…
Can u get a Carpenter to take off the roofing on top of the water tank raise it more higher to make it easy for ur plumbers so that that area will look nice than ur plumbers pushing this big tank in& out they will hurt their back ok
Is it advisable to buy a completed house already built ? they use cheap materials is a shame, u did a good job by fixing the leakage at the bathroom wall ur living room ceiling, a hole lot removing tiles on ur walls i can't believe it, don't forget the water tank please fix that area it doesn't look good, make it easy for the plumbers their back will hurt them they are young make that area open or raise the roofing 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Very useful advice, l have installed the water copper pipes and will definitely do a pressure test before installation of ceilings. Can l please ask how many pavers you used for your whole compound??
Welding happened at my house two days ago It did not trip It’s not about the load It’s about the characteristic of the equipment and leakage to earth The 100A RCCB is suitable for the house load. If a large machine causes it to trip it means the machine is unsafe or someone is getting a shock

It's a good idea to actually pressure test your pipes with a simple compresser. The way to do that is to seal all pipes except one
Great advice brother Ash. I'll need to do this on our Jamaica build in a few years time. Big up yourself. Hi to Gad. 👊🏾🇬🇧🇯🇲.
Thank you for sharing this information. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Bless - sure. All the best
But if you paid for builders to put windows in sealing them is a standard thing they should do
I noticed in quite a few residential homes that the space between the window frame and cinder blocks were not caulked/sealed thus leaving a space for ants to traverse.
Yea for sure

Hi Gad, I love to seeing to be teaching now. It's it gas or electric cooker? Please which kind is better as I am really afraid of gas.
Do you need a window in your electrical room? Is it part of the building code? Just wondering. Thanks
Hello Asher & Gad, Should the electrical SMART METER (#5) be enclosed in an electrical box to protect from water, high winds, etc.?
Yup that’s how it should be done with those gas cookers and the gas. The gas need to be outside
Thanks for sharing 🙏🙏
Welcome
How is your concrete roofing doing? Will you recommend it?
Great information, some of these Ghanaian artisan workers are not professional at all and their charges are mind blowing

Hello nice video👍🏾..
Please why did you choose prepaid meter over postpaid meter with this Big House?...
What are your reasons... Thank you
In ghana you can only have prepaid metres for all new built houses and all the old homes are being transferred to prepay meters
@@doreenasante7729 oh OK thanks 🙏🏾

Is the roofing over your polytank shed sloping into your neighbour's compound?
If so, is that allowed?
