Good job on getting Crying Lady fixed up!! Back when we were looking to buy a house, we told the realtor, "None in an HOA neighborhood". Nobody should be able to tell you what you can do with your property. It's not like I planned on having 10 junk cars on blocks in the yard, but if I wanted to have a project sitting there, I could. BYW, cooked a a rack of baby back ribs, damned delicious!!
Nice of you Tommy to help her out. I could never be in a HOA neighborhood. I don't know how folks do it honestly. I had a woman cry before that was told by her husband to trade in her old mower on one I had for sale. Guess that she loved it that much. I ended up fixing it and giving it back to her for nothing and selling her the one I had for sale

The town I live in. In Minnesota your not to store your mower outside. The city administrator is out of the mpls/st Paul area. Goofy new city ordinances started being voter in. Here I thought we were voting in normal council people. But they vote yes on crap. Time of year to check out the furnace and garage furnace.
