Lincoln Cathedral of Lincoln, is a historic Anglican cathedral in Lincoln in England and seat of the Diocese of Lincoln in the Church of England. It was reputedly the tallest building in the world for nearly a quarter of a millennium (13001549), though this height has been questioned.[1] The central spire collapsed in 1549 and was not rebuilt. It is highly regarded by architectural scholars; the eminent Victorian writer John Ruskin declared, "I have always held... that the cathedral of Lincoln is out and out the most precious piece of architecture in the British Isles and roughly speaking worth any two other cathedrals we have." - เพลง

this version is the best. it reminds me of home Port Harcourt. the Anglican choirs over there are out of this world and am so proud to have being part of them.

The church as mother and teacher has called this psalm a hymn of solemn entrance into God's temple. It is a triumphant proclamation of the welcoming doors that are quite open to give the entrance to the King of glory. "And who is the King of glory? - The Lord, the brave hero."The Lord is the earth and its fullness, the world and all its inhabitants: He founded it upon the seas and established it upon the rivers" .
The Earth is the Lord's and all that there in it.......

@blackmaestro If you really want to learn Anglican Chant you should try to attend the Church Music Workshop in Sewanee TN during July. It is an awesome week and we work with musicians like Gerre Hancock, Malcolm Archer, Peter Conte to name just a few. Anglican Chant is a big part of that workshop.

As it is Church of England it is not necessary to say 'Anglican' Cathedral
It could pass for a Roman Catholic Cathedral. Hence, the distinction is necessary.

Cwm Rhonda second rate? I don't think so. Its a fine Welsh tune. If you want something second rate then listen to how many Amercian organist on here mess around by stringing cords together before and during a good hymn tune which is totally unnecessary and ruins a fine hymn tune.

Lol, this is Psalm 23--the Lord is my shepherd, not the 24th Psalm.
This is actually Psalm 24, and then Psalm 23 after it.
