Thank so much for these suggestions. I am a long time paper fusion artist but die cutting and embossing machines are a new layer to add to my hand cutting , painting and quilling techniques. I like how you use “ short cuts “ which eliminate the additional expense of the fancy adhesive papers and other pre-fab options. That is very wise and cost effective as well as a little more authentic. Youth does not necessarily mean lack of experience and great suggestions. So glad to have found your channel! Hi from New Zealand.I have just subscribed to your channel. I love the idea of colouring white cardstock instead of buying lots of coloured pieces. I like to make my own embellishments for my cards and scrapbook pages so using the white helps as I have so many scraps. Love the colours you used on the first card. Thanks for sharing. 😀
Simon, one word: SUNSCREEN! Never leave home without it on. The cards are great. I really like the first one with the ocean vibe. Which reminds me, sunscreen! Only because I care. 😉😘♥️
It's hard to pick a favorite. Love the simplicity of the seascape card and the batik look of the second one with the leaves. Definitely need to get a stamping foam to play with. Love the creative way you use your tools!
I love the seascape card, especially that it’s only 2 layers. Oh, and if your sunburn is bothering you, I always cut and peel open an aloe vera leaf, and wipe the gel on the sunburn. Instant relief, and no peeling. If you don’t have an aloe vera plant, then any after sun product with that ingredient will work too. Happy renovations:-)
I have the set of your paste and just used the lunar paste to make a thank you card for my daughter's high school senior advisors...I love the technique you used in this video with coloring the white cardstock. These pastes are phenomenal!! Hope you add a silver for the holiday 😉😉😊
I loved all the cards. My favorite is the wave card. On all the cards I really like how the paste creates the pieces with more movement and isn't just a flat color. It is great in combination with the inks. Thank you!

Great ideas and all the cards are wonderful. The inlaid sunset scene was my favorite - love the variety of colors used for the die cut parts and the tip for getting them placed properly on the card.
I like all of them. Jennifer Mcguire featured the same dies. You both used them in awesome ways. I really like the waves die the best. The leaves is also versatile.
Great hacks Simon. I love the lattice card on the black cardstock the best. Your lunar paste sure look great.. I have them in my budget for next month..Budgets suck.

Simon, the abstract seascape is my favorite card, but they're all super! Decades ago, when I began making cards, I used stamping foam. They're all gone now, but now I think I need new ones. :-)
I loved all the cards especially the one where you make stencils with the paste. I don’t do well with trying to have the “raised” paste; I like the blending better. Now I can buy more paste. Thank you
