I just purchased the stamping sponge. Absolutely LOVE it. So many things to do with it,. I bought my friend one for Christmas. A MUST have tool for any paper crafter.
My favourite card was the mountain card and will be purchasing the foam on payday. I love the cards you make but what do you do for the inside of cards?
These cards were all awesome Simon. You do some beautiful cards. Think my favourite was the one with the trees. I love how shiny and black they turned out. Thanks for sharing.
The first card with inking mask insert was like a gel press technique, except the colors were nicely strong & bright. The mask insert can be used for more, too. Loved that coloring on the first card and how you enhanced it for a focal point.
I love getting ideas from you! You are so unique and the cards reflect your creativeness! Thank you so much. I have a huge favor to ask you. I am pretty darn new to all of this die cutting, embossing, using stamps, etc. And right now am going broke trying things. I am going to place an order from your page, especially the foam blocks, I love them. But if you have a moment, could you put down what machine you use for dir cutting and embossing? You also used a machine for foil that I caught yesterday. You put the cardstock thru with the foil, got an embossed page that included the foil. I am pretty sure that is how you did it. But if you had time, could you put together a list of what you consider to be good machines, for card making, that I would be able to start my collection of card making machines. I am ready to go back to my photography and glue photos on a card and call it a day. I can't even get the stamps to stay on the block, put a color on ot and stanp it. I just get smudges. And the stamp pad I bought to emboss with, just falls out of the container. I thought they were supposed to stick in the little container. And I need to get your little pad that I can put all over the paper so stuff doesn't stick where it is not supposed to. Ok,that's totally enough for now. Thank you for any direction and help you can give me.
Simon, Simon, Simon... just when I think another man could ever rock my world, there you are. I love your products and the simplicity of your technique. I really have to try this. I love something about all of them, but overall the first because of the several degrees of depth. Very cool.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! With the very first card with the trees and the lunar paste used with a blending tool for ink you just made my creation of backgrounds for the rest of my Christmas cards fast and easy! I have so many background stencils, including the sweater weather stencil you used. Now I have an awesome and easy process. I cannot wait to get back to the crafting today and make about 15 to 20 backgrounds with stencils to finish up the cards for Christmas! I couldn't ever get the paste thin enough by using a palette knife so this not only makes a flatter surface it also means I'll be using less of the paste which is an awesome money saver as well. I love what you do and your style and enjoy every one of your videos. 💖
Simon, all of them are wonderful. My fav is probably the first one with the trees. The Lunar paste background is incredible. Thanks so much for sharing your creative ideas! 🥰
Beautiful cards, Simon. my favourite was the 1st one featuring the trees. My son gave me the stamping foam when he came home from Wisconsin, he left today so I might get a chance to use it.
I Have No Idea How I Missed This Video….🤦🏼♀️Actually TH-cam Hasn’t Been Sending Out Notifications Properly Lately…Good Thing I Saw On Facebook…Love Your New Release! I Will Dive in Sooner Than Later🤞🏼This Weekend! I Really Wanna Try and Recreate The Tree Card You Made! 🌲 🌲🌲💕., or the light house,…lol. I love them all!
What a talented person you are! Such beautiful cards. Thank you for sharing in such detail each card. I would love to someday be as professional as you.
Simon you did a fantastic job! I loved the cards with the trees. All the techniques you show us are wonderful. I have learned a lot by watching your videos. There's so many things that I want to try. Thanks
I am so glad you got more artistic with your stamps!!! These are absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to order my set! Great job stepping up your stamps!
Hello Simon. I always enjoy watching your videos when I have time to watch. Keep doing what you are doing. Love the techniques and definitely the stamps are so cool and beautiful.
Well done Simon for making a really good stamp set. Also, the outline stencil is so useful. Then more stamping foam techniques. This video is so helpful, thank you!
Love that you are posting more videos, learn something I can use almost every time. I also appreciate you using Gina K and Altenew products, they are both great companies. I am impatiently waiting for my new inks to update my set. Love the new colors (I have them all). Would you consider posting a guide of which Gina K colored cardstock goes best with your inks?
I really like your blending. I haven’t purchased the foam yet. I was hoping you would come out with a larger size. I never do A2 cards. Only A7, 6x6 or 4x9 slimline. An A7 would be so great. Especially since it shrinks a little after using a while.
Thanks for more great techniques! The first card is my favorite, but they're all great. I have the lunar paste and really have enjoyed it, but I never thought of tone on tone for a background. I'll be doing it tonight! Love it! Also, I have been working on completing my Simon Hurley inks collection. Great new colors!
I love all these cards. I just wondered if you could wipe off your brushes and blending tools on a card and use that for another project instead of wiping off on kitchen paper ?
Hi Simon! Love your silhouette stamps! Question- I noticed you use both the Ranger heat tool and the Wagner one, wondering what you normally use each for? Is one better than the other for certain things?
Nice 🤩💚 I'm glad you shared these tips. I was using the mask as more of positioning tool lol I really loved how that first card turned out... definitely gonna have to try that
Have ordered some foam can't wait for it to arrive so I can try this technique. Please could you let me knew the name of the fine mist sprayer you use. Ty.
Well, hello, Simon! I was wanting to use my foam on some Christmas cards I’m making for my friend’s office staff. I just thought about something. I have a stamp of an Angel with a trumpet. I could make something using both. Yay! Thanks for using it today. My new ink bundle from your collectioncame yesterday. I’m so excited to use them.
Simon I love your videos and I truly need to get my hands on your foam stamp. You do a very good job doing your presentation and technics. Thank you. Oh I am joanne from price Utah. Paws n claws pet grooming n boarding
This is such a professional video, and your tips are so appreciated. The stamp set is really awesome. The first card is my favorite, but I especially love the sentiments!

Which spray bottle is that? Thanks. I didn’t see it listed.
I was looking too.😀
Wow Fantastic

Simon, loved the video. However, can't find the link you mentioned for the fine mist bottle. Thank You
Awesome!
Are there matte embossing powders to use? I love the trees and lighthouse but don't like the shine. Love the cards overall.

1st card: Evergreens don't lose their leaves! But I love that verse!
My favorite card is the last card you made
Hi. Can you tell me the name of that mist bottle please? Xx
Thank you for the great ideas! I struggle with "guy" cards. These fill that bill!
Simon I love your videos and I truly need to get my hands on your foam stamp. You do a very good job doing your presentation and technics. Thank you. Oh I am joanne from price Utah. Paws n claws pet grooming n boarding

Why is the black so shiny? Is it the ink?
Perfect💙 😛💣💚
You could have put the mask with ink on it on desk and put the paper on it instead of the other way around
Every time I see a Lighthouse I think of Yeshua/Jesus❤️.
Love the cards Simon and thanks for the tips. And this video has perfect timing as I just got my order of your new release and finally the lunar pastes in the mail today!😍
😃😃😃😃😃👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
