i think there is some gpu utilization problem. it's not utilizing 99% of the gpu. at least when running a game at maximum settings, it should have utilized 99% of the gpu, but i don't know why the gpu was staying at 95%-97%.. what do you guys think?
Idk anything about how gpus work but it could just be a mechanism to keep its self from over heating

For gaming purposes only I would go for the i3 12100f, assuming you can find some B660 motherboards at a reasonable price.
