Unfortunately not now becuase the major component for passing the Strong Integrity is the Tricky Store module which only works for Android 12+. But there are some unofficial mods being made, I'll let you know once they are stable enough and through with the development process.
if your Xiaomi device is running HyperOS, then this video [or my other one which uses a keybox XML file] should get the job done becuase true to my knowledge, they are not dependent on the type of OS.
