Another way you can test it, is by just doing shoulder flies for a few sets.😂 and see if your back starts fucking with you. Or do TRX face pulls.

Not bad assessment tool, however basic. Most people will be positive due to gravity. There are better orthopedic tests for this. Do not like the use of the word tight. Please replace with short so that people can understand what is going on in their body better.

Ok. Spot on. I am diagnosed by MR as having an anterior tilt on my LEFT side and Your description in this video of the typical symptoms for anterior tilt was exactly what I experience. In my case I think it was caused by two causes :an untreated drop foot and piriformis syndrome when I was 30 y.o and a bad big toe extensor surgery that I had more recently when I was 69 y.o. The surgery left me with a strong contraction in the big toe extensor and that contraction together with a short achilles tendon from the drop foot somehow causes the anterior tilt. Thus I am VERY interested in any way to fix this. You can´t lengthen the big toe tendon thus You must work with the anterior chain to avoid the anterior tilt. I will try to strengthen the quad, hip flexors and the transverse abdominis and get me aan individualised designed foot sole but eventually I I may have to cut off the big toe extensor tendon ....
