In my experience, when I leave the house and find one person driving crazy, there will be a ton more near misses I encounter that day. Its an all or nothing of shit driving. I begin to even second guess myself and think maybe its me. Maybe sometimes it is.

How did they even...
Some cars can have up to 6 camera's installed. One on the front and back like normal 1 under each side mirrors and 1 on each sides on the top of the car situated between the front and back doors.
That's a Tesla, all Teslas have like 6 cameras around the car which gives it 360 degree view, they're made for self-driving but can be used for dashcam capturing.
Probably a Tesla, their cameras are for the autopilot but they also record for situations just like that.
