My current hot tip for people doing protein ice cream in the creami- add oat fiber to creami recipes. It helps thicken it, tastes just slightly like oats (which works well with a ton of other flavors), helps keep you full longer, and adds fiber to your diet which most people arent getting enough of
I eat the same thing in the creami that I was eating before. Instead of eating my yogurt the normal way, I freeze it with stevia that I already use in my nonfat yogurt and I use frozen fruit from my freezer. My husband and I split a pint of tropical fruit frozen yogurt or I will take the chocolate protein powder that we would normally use in a glass of milk and I freeze it with our almond milk to make chocolate ice cream. So it actually costs us the same as it did before we started freezing it and turning it into ice cream with the creami.
For diabetics or others on restricted diets, the Creami expands the possibilities available to us. I have used a churn to make ice cream for several years but must admit the Creami is easier. The quality is not quite up to churned ice cream but it’s darn close and it is much better than most of the (limited) options available at the grocery store.

I just bought mine this week from QVC...yup got the 4 pints with it. First thing I made was a peach sorbet because I had it in the pantry...AND IT CAME OUT PERFECT!!!
I would recommend investing in a semi professional ice cream maker machine if you consume that much ice cream. I stopped this year consuming it but for 8 years I made 4lt of ice cream everyday. I still have my ice cream maker machine I bought with 2,5lt of capacity. If you really want something practical I would recommend that but of course ninja creami it's what's now trending. I absolutely love your videos and keep up the good work, you are always entertaining, informative and accurate in everything you do 👍
I believe you. I used to make protein ice cream as well but my ice cream maker machine would churn it and freeze it during the process, I could have ice cream ready or freeze the batch for later. Of course it will depend on quantities you need to make. I made a LOT so I needed a big capacity for my machine. It's the most delicious and refreshing treat for sure 😊
But then you can buy it for a lower price than when everybody wants one in the midst of summer and at least you got it before stocks run out everywhere.
ALSO i absolutely LOVE My creami and recomend anyone that has the money to buy one. I went from 2 pints, to 4 now got 6 LOL. i can't stop! its so good, instead of going to dairy queen i whip up a pint, get protein and am satisfied, you can't beat it.
Just saying can’t you take it out of the pint once it’s done and store any extra in something else and then use that pint to make more? Why would you need to store it in the same container? 🤔
Thank you for the tips! I just got mine and am excited to dive into making recipes. One thing I noticed and I am not sure if someone else already pointed this out but the macros on the Nick's and Halo Top are incorrect. They only track net fiber making it equivalent to a regular ice cream pint.
But the fibers they use arent used by the body as stored energy aka they aren't calories added to the daily total by the body so it doesnt need to be counted on the label.
Doesn't work out well. If you're not eating it all in one go, you will want to respin it. These fresh ice creams don't have the binders, chemicals and stabilizers that store bought has. They get flaky or crumbly when you freeze them. You spin it again and it makes the texture smooth again. Once you have one maybe you'll understand. Plus you would still be waiting 24 hours again, so not a good overlap. I have 6 pint containers for two people, there's always a couple freezing at any given time.
I´ve read online that the knife scraps plastic from the inside of the containers and those tiny scraps ends up in the icecream. Did you experienced that too?
What about the 3rd option? To be able to make custom ice cream that suits your particular needs? I don't own one myself at this current moment, but i do plan to buy one somewhere next year. The reason why i want one is because i want to focus on experimenting for my own line of ice cream. Particular i wanna do a series of test of ratio of types of milk and alt milk, doing flavors quality check, and to make ice cream with less overall sugar content or using alternative sugar. I even want to test citric acid as an alternative
My family eats ice cream all year around in the Midwest. We eat ice cream to celebrate and when we’re sad. That’s outside of our regular life consumption. Thank you for the math breakdown bcuz the cost savings will pay for itself in a few uses. We only eat ice cream from a local ice cream parlor. A pint cost $7-9 depending on the flavor. In addition to my daughter gets a scoop or two to eat while we’re out and keep the pint for home. I used to have an ice cream maker but it was broken by a family friend. So. This is my chance to get one and save a lot of money 🤗✨💕 Thank you for the review
Cleaning this thing scares me but I still want one. I know this was 10 months ago but this Ninja creami is still in our heads. We love those chocolate fudge popsicles from costco we buy those everytime we run out so we love ice cream. I just hope I can remember to clean it after every use. Thanks for uploading the video and you get a new subscriber here.
For months (I lie.. A year) I have been debating on buying one of these machines. I have to admit.. “Hi my name is ….and I am an ice cream addict”. I can put down two pints per day and have been cutting it down gradually to 2 pints per week. I think I will now get one due to your video. I am looking forward to utilizing your recipes. Thank you! Oh, do I have to use those sugars and products you showed in the video to thicken the ice cream?
I do that and still get build up over time. I do eat more creams than most people though. In my opinion, an occasional deep cleaning is definitely worth the squeeze, especially after you have smelled the fromunda cheese.
Imma be honest, I've only made 2 pints with this thing and I'm already convinced it was worth it. Not only are the macros a lot better then most low calorie ice creams but the ones I've made, taste SO MUCH BETTER!
I've watched your content forever now it seems and I used to consistently make yours and muskets blender ice creams. Decided to just go out and finally get a creami and some good protein powder so I'm excited to try out all the new recipes I've missed. Hopefully I can go through all your videos again for the little "tips" to make sure I use it correctly. Thanks again for all the content. I'm sure I'll eventually try out the cookbook as well since I was decently let down from a couple other books from people on the platform. I actually like that your recipes are a bit more effort and it seems the foods come out closer to the real thing.
My experience was very different from yours. Clearly if you want to make anything, you have to have ingredients for it. My kitchen already has milk, sweetener, vanilla, and chocolate. That's all I really need for high quality (lite) ice cream although other additions are wonderful when they become feasible for my budget. Also, cleaning is easy for me. We are a family of two and do not require a full pint every day. I bought the deluxe for the extra programs (which I have not yet used), so my recipes are less than capacity, maybe 2/3. Because the machine is not close to overload, ingredients stay where they belong and don't get into other parts of the machine. Easy peasy. I find it to be a wonderful investment. I do agree, though, extra pint containers are a real boon.
Bro you are such a rookie. I have 3 Ninja Creami machines so I don’t have to wait to spin for multiple friends and family at same time. 55 pints & a medium sized deep freezer specifically purchased for my ninja Creami pints.

Three pints a night is a new record that I have heard!! Absolute beast. Mine is still running perfectly, so I am surprised to hear yours broke. Was it covered under warranty? And how many pints would you say you spun before it broke?
Well, I had more than that, but not frequently, 3 was my "reasonable" limit. But I didn't use protein powder, just yoghurt, maybe some fruit, sucralose. I need to start having them with eggs, need some of the components from the yolk.@@Exercise4CheatMeals
It was under warranty, Amazon refunded me then I bought another of the same. I have no idea how many I whipped, to be honest. Kudos friend that was very enlightening. just saying, you don't have to spend a small fortune for those vanilla extracts, you could and should make your own. It's very feasible with fresh vanilla beans, vodka, raki or tsipouro. I make 3 litres of vanilla extract each year that way. There's a plethora of youtube videos for additional information, good luck!

I got the creami because I am watching my calories for weight loss. My favorite ice cream is Ben n Jerry’s but that shit has too many calories. I always got a pint when I go grocery shopping. Ever since I got the ninja creami, not a single thought of buying Ben n Jerry’s ice cream comes to mind at the store. I’ve been using it daily, making 3 different flavors with the protein powders I have at home. I just bought mine this week from QVC...yup got the 4 pints with it. First thing I made was a peach sorbet because I had it in the pantry...AND IT CAME OUT PERFECT!!!
This is perfect timing!!!! I was just about to purchase one today 😁
Would LOVE to see more creami recipes! Your recipes are just the best 😭😍
Thank you!
15 pints!!! Boy, you created your own ice cream shop - well done❤
He should sell it!😅😅😅😅
I just bought your cookbook… you sold me to it! You’re way to dedicated so the cookbook is a MUST.
in my area, Halo Top and Rebel are $6-7 a pint!
I absolutely love your videos and keep up the good work, you are always entertaining, informative and accurate in everything you do 👍
I have a nice wynter ice cream maker, but for protein ice cream the creami works a lot better since the base gets too solid in the freezer
Pumping out the low cal ice cream vids just in time for the winter bulks ;)
But then you can buy it for a lower price than when everybody wants one in the midst of summer and at least you got it before stocks run out everywhere.
I have the Deluxe with 7 pints coming today. Cant wait
ALSO
i absolutely LOVE My creami and recomend anyone that has the money to buy one. I went from 2 pints, to 4 now got 6 LOL. i can't stop! its so good, instead of going to dairy queen i whip up a pint, get protein and am satisfied, you can't beat it.
Huel Black works AMAZINGLY in the creami. no additional ingredients required if you're using a flavored version.
Does your recipe book have all your ice cream recipes in it? Bc I would buy it for that but if not then I would wait till you made one
Just saying can’t you take it out of the pint once it’s done and store any extra in something else and then use that pint to make more? Why would you need to store it in the same container? 🤔
We need more creami recipes like the cookies & cream and that cherry vanilla and the apple pie one UGH so good
Big pro. You can adjust your ice-cream to match your diet. I LOVE that I could make keto ice-cream with this!
i need more info about rpms for the programs andthe texture of de same flavor but diference program or some like that. very good you videos
Thank you for the tips! I just got mine and am excited to dive into making recipes. One thing I noticed and I am not sure if someone else already pointed this out but the macros on the Nick's and Halo Top are incorrect. They only track net fiber making it equivalent to a regular ice cream pint.
But the fibers they use arent used by the body as stored energy aka they aren't calories added to the daily total by the body so it doesnt need to be counted on the label.
the 4:26 cookbook plug foreshadowing was top tier
Just make the ice cream and transfer it to another container , wash the pint container and reuse!! Simple.
So. This is my chance to get one and save a lot of money 🤗✨💕
Thank you for the review
Cleaning this thing scares me but I still want one. I know this was 10 months ago but this Ninja creami is still in our heads. We love those chocolate fudge popsicles from costco we buy those everytime we run out so we love ice cream. I just hope I can remember to clean it after every use. Thanks for uploading the video and you get a new subscriber here.
have you tried adding tara gum to any of your ice creams? it's something a lot of keto ice cream recipes have started looking at
This one of the funniest videos I've seen. Well done.
Thank you! Oh, do I have to use those sugars and products you showed in the video to thicken the ice cream?
for cleaning, if you run openings under water and open/close latch button, all the gunk rinses away fairly easily.
Not only are the macros a lot better then most low calorie ice creams but the ones I've made, taste SO MUCH BETTER!
bro you literally had me dying at least 5 times this video xD good shit my dude
I've watched your content forever now it seems and I used to consistently make yours and muskets blender ice creams. Decided to just go out and finally get a creami and some good protein powder so I'm excited to try out all the new recipes I've missed. Hopefully I can go through all your videos again for the little "tips" to make sure I use it correctly. Thanks again for all the content. I'm sure I'll eventually try out the cookbook as well since I was decently let down from a couple other books from people on the platform. I actually like that your recipes are a bit more effort and it seems the foods come out closer to the real thing.
I’ve asked for a NC for Father’s Day to join in on the fun, too. Been Keto for 2 years, and I miss ice cream, which I used to eat a lot of!
15 pints, bro this is hilarious how hooked you got. I look forward to this welcomed problem. Thanks for the video
55 pints
& a medium sized deep freezer specifically purchased for my ninja Creami pints.
Only three, you rock!!!😎
Now THAT'S dedication!
😆😆😆 naw next level.
Excellent video!! The best I've seen in terms of content and video editing. Bravo!! :)
AWESOME review!! Loved the tips about cleaning it!
A fine, no, an excellent video for anyone considering buying one. Superb.
Are you familiar with using creami to make acai bowls by any chance??
Even though I was just here trying to gather info, I'm glad it also made me laugh along the way. Very entertaining and enjoyable 👍 Awesome stuff Thank you
I am on my second Creami already. The first one broke due to excess of use, I guess? I was having up to three pints every day, depending on my mood. I wish there was a solution for the noise, though, so we can make icecream after midnight (I live in a small apartment).
I had 12 or 13 pints, I think, now I have about 20 something, I usually make as many as my drawer takes, 11 per time, or less. Sometimes it's all gone after three days. 😬@@Exercise4CheatMeals
They clean well in the dishwasher. Sometimes I use another freezer to make a few extras, if it's hot and I know I'll be having tons of frozen yoghurt.
First off: IRON MUSKET & NICK!!!🥳 2nd: I lmao @ you eating ice cream on the treadmill😂 3rd: I’m so happy to hear you eat ice cream year round…. Please never stop making creami recipes….ok, ✌🏼
Creami pints taste better. Aren't as gummy. Have way better protein for less calories. Infinite flavor options. And taste fresher.
Could you explain which are the deferences between de standard and the deluxe?
what is the proper ratio to substitute milk with none dairy like almond or coconut for example?
What is that brownie at 3:30?
best appliance ive ever purchased. im addicted to it
Thank you SO much for this video! It's extremely helpful 💜
To whoever is reading this keep going, you're doing fine! No matter how slow your progress each new week is filled with tiny steps forward. Be proud of yourself you got this!
Why do you not recommend the models that come with extra containers? Mine came with four.
I thought he said to get the models with extra containers to save yourself money. He just couldn’t because they were sold out when he bought his
I want to use your recipe but I have the deluxe instead of the regular one. Will you update for the 24oz pints.
Omg Halo Top in your country is so crazy CHEAP!! It's $12 a pint in Australia.
Why is the explanation of the blade spinning in German or a different language?
Im glad i have all those dry items in my cabinet.
I've found "Nicks" icecream in my country and my first thought was "oh snap, Nick from E4CM makes icecream!"
1:55 that was so creative LMAOOO
I'm seeing the Deluxe for just $180 on Costco right now and it includes 3 pints and lids.
Amazon is selling a 4-pack for like $26
Amazing video. Thank you for the awesome cleaning routine. ❤
You have great content brother! Glad to see a real one steadily growing.
Thank you!
Your timing is scary perfect, scored one for 120 bucks. Zero regrets.
Nice video, but why do you show filling the Pint WAY above the Max Fill Line?
did YOU bleep out the word vinegar or did youtube???
Vine gar
6:26 editor is on another level
**gg** bro
Vitamix Pro 300 you can resharpen the blades like i did buy the tool wheelchair Larry Merry Christmas
imagine diet restrictions and the whole ne w world the Creami provides. the savings per pint is just an afterthought. i am so grateful for this appliance. my husband is so damn happy and getting healthier by the day.
with the amount that I spend on protein ice-cream and other snacks I think it's time to buy a ninja. thanks for the information about what additional considerations I need to weigh up before buying one. it's half price atm so it seems right.
Sadly in Brazil one creami is like 10 times the price, outside the currency convertion, so I bought a traditional compressor ice cream machine, hope the recipes works as well
Kudos friend that was very enlightening.
just saying, you don't have to spend a small fortune for those vanilla extracts, you could and should make your own. It's very feasible with fresh vanilla beans, vodka, raki or tsipouro. I make 3 litres of vanilla extract each year that way.
There's a plethora of youtube videos for additional information, good luck!
I have 6 deluxe cups in the freezer for my workout shakes! I just tried Jako's pumpkin spice! Dope! ❤
Censor beep took a second pass for me to get it. Nicely done.
I think the benifit these days isn't the money etc which is also a fantastic bonus it's the fact you can control what you put in you know what you're getting
Will any ice cream maker work, or does it have to be a creami.
do you have to use xanthan gum?
You don’t have to but adding a small amount of xanthan gum or guar gum helps with the texture.
I wanted the creami last year but it was sold out,I’m glad I got it now and can enjoy ice cream and other frozen treats as I’m in a calorie deficit. To me, it’s worth the investment. I’d say buy it,if you plan on actually using it to make your own ice cream or frozen treats.
I BOUGHT the Deluxe version also with cup set ..takes a hour filled all of them up and put it in freezer get me going for a month or so ..
yes u have to pay extra for ingredients, just like u saying ya i buy a BRAND NEW oven & now i have to pay for pots & pans to cook with , dont make any sense like DUH ...anyway is GREAT machine & at least u know what is in it & can make it healthiest way u want or not , good to have specially in summer time
