I've realized that it's necessary to have some me-time. I've been overwhelmed with the chores and helping my kids with their education at home. That's why I start my day by putting on makeup and read a book.

What a great topic! I've come up with a great self-care idea: small rituals to "practice" happiness. I'm teaching my brain to feel happy! (Sounds crazy, right? It's actually very simple to do: You just schedule a moment to intentionally practice joy! It's sort of a special "me-time".)

I liked 'to be on top of your game' and 'to spread yourself thin' and 'doing a digital detox' most.
We have been in locadown2 since 28th October, and since then I have practiced to do a digital detox. It was difficult at first, but after few days I realized how relaxing is to unplug from technology for a while. Today, I learned sometimes I spread myself thin to increase the my productivity while I am working from home. To boost my well-being and as a sequence my productivity, I need to make a daily routine for self-care even for 10 to 20 minutes per day.
