    Awesome video dear Anne Marie, the current worldwide disorder, is stress. I think, as Rumi said, if you learned that you are unable to change the world, then you have to change, in other words, as you said, reframe your goals, reframe your work pace, reframe your methods (stream down effort), meditating and time off at least twice a day to reward the small achievements and to put in perspective the setbacks could help to diminish the stress and support de self-acceptance
