Hi, I'm from Thailand.
I wanna speak English naturally like a native. Speak as I wish direct from my heart. Able to accent effectively. Thus, I have to practice more, over and over. Thank you for your VDO. It is worth watching. I've watched and paused the VDO periodically to jot down the sentences. I repeatedly watch it over to improve my English, listen without looking the subtitle, speak by imitating and so on.
Gosh, until watching this video I used to say 'very' and 'really' in every single sentence 😲 Now I feel embarrassed, perplexed, and ashamed 😔
Don't feel that way. This is an opportunity to improve. And honestly - most native speakers do the same thing.

At the beginning of the last week, I was overjoyed because one company contacted me to have a third interview on Friday. However, at the end of the week, I felt overwhelmed and uneasy.
I am from Valencia, Spain, and here summer days are humit and boiling hot.

I had looked for a new job for 6 months, that process makes me drained and I had a horrendous time. finally, I found one proper job. I was apprehensive before the interview. but the atmosphere was very friendly and the interview was effortless and I could involve myself confidently.
I was over the moon after completing my thesis and submitting because I know that gruelling work will pay-off. Then, I feel overjoyed when my parents gave me a ticket to travel overseas as a reward. However, I was unwell due to frigid weather in Russia while visiting its capital. As soon as I returned Vietnam, It is getting sweltering. Luckily, I did not have any temperature shock.

I watched your video for the first time today. While cold weather in VA, I used with my son it’s frigid outside. He said mom what does that mean. He’s in 9th grade and was surprised he never heard the word. (Our kids can learn too) Also, I used with my husband the word certainly and frigid with him. No response from hubby. My hausband is a former triathlete used to doing grueling workouts, unfortunately that caused him atrial fibrillation...he finally had to slow down!
After eating their pizza I feel parched...I need to drink sparkling iced water!

It is really GRUELLING when you arr in the spotlight whenever I am in a meeting or an interview I always feel that way. Specially during the an interview, I always feel apprehensive or uneasy when it's my turn to speak Wooaaah! I should be working more on that sutuation to help me less apprehensiive. 😊

As for the sentence from the words of gruelling and drained are:During exercise this morning I felted so drained that I couldn't even able to stand.I think One of the course of hernia is the grueling work one could do.

Well I'm inside the quilt as its so freezing outside .However, last December days were not that much frigid. So to adapt myself in such change I had done gruelling workout yesterday ,and as it burnt alot of my energy so I experienced somewhat warm.And I'm waiting for June to experience sweltering again ,but I'm confident that in June I would be waiting for December. Oh wait isn't it look like "seasonal cycle " just kiddin ..
It is freezing cold out here in Chicago though the sun is shining.
The practice of the new vocabulary allowed him to commuicate effortlesly. Today is a sweltering day, so you need to drink a lot to avoid getting drained.
I feel confident and overjoyed practicing these vocabulary words. Although it’s sensational to play outside, my neighbor ‘s music is deafening and the weather is sweltering. Thank you for all the lessons.

Leg day at the gym is always gruelling ! Some of my students are apprehensive when it comes time to swim. I was overjoyed the day I became permanent in my job. Where I live here in Qc, winters are freezing, we can reach -30 celcius in January.
