No, it’s a joke.
It’s just that Family Guy’s animation is very basic. So basic, in fact, that it can and has been replicated by fans by just cutting out characters and using old stills of backgrounds with recycled voice clips to make entire episodes out of nothing.
They use templated animation, which means they use the same footage of Peter and whoever else with different backgrounds to cut down on production costs. It sounds like a no-brainer with animated TV series, but shows like King of The Hill and even American Dad strive on expressions and animation to get jokes across.

The double sided tape thing isn’t even an exaggeration, they literally had Peter becoming a toothpick guy to get to the main story of one episode

@@danofsteel785 I will admit FG was amusing in its first 8 seasons but the series has gotten progressively worse since then. They'll never be South Park, I can tell you that and the one Seth MacFarlane series I'm cool with is American Dad.
The 3-D artstyle and the camera pans actually make me want an episode or two in this style.

It was like Stewie was predicting the future at 0:33. Fox pulled the plug on "The Cleveland Show" after only 4 seasons. By the end of Season 12, Cleveland was back on the show for good.
Obviously. With Cleveland's boss getting arrested for murdering his wife and as a result cleveland lost his job at the cable company it was all downhill from there. Plus it didn't help that stewie insulted rallo when they first meet thus ruining any opportunity for the fans to see those two charcters interact in some regard.

There's a theory in time that you can't go back and stop events like 9/11 or Corona or the Titanic sinking, etc. It'll happen no matter what.
I suppose it's because certain events are so crucial that by stopping them, you change the course of history drastically.

Joe’s Cyborg Body is mostly an IG Assassin Droid Body from Star Wars. Trust me I know.
I don't think there was a scene with a droid crushing a human skull and "terminating" a mutant. Plus the "termination" was done by an android with a muscular "Schwartzenegger-like" jawline. I don't think there are any droids that can "terminate" living beings quite like that. What would they call such a mechanical monstrosity that "terminates" people, what name would best suit a robot that "terminates." I'm trying to wrap my head around it, it's on the tip of my tongue, what would we call a robot that "terminates?"
The CGI reminds me of the animation from that CGI Garfield series.

Oh boy, oh boy. I've been looking forward to watching and reviewing this and I'm happy to be here finally. This disturbing horror movie is infamously awful and sadly it brings down ET's overall quality just by its own existence but at least "Mac And Me" owns it. Similar to other "so-bad-they're-good" movies like "The Room", Mac And Me knows that it's bad and knows that it's a rip-off of family classic ET, but here's the thing folks. Mac And Me doesn't care at all what you think of it. Where ET had moments of a beautiful friendship, Mac And Me had insensitive stereotypes. Where ET pulled at heart-strings and left viewers in tears, Mac And Me has a 8 minute terrifying dance sequence in a McDonald's restaurant. (by the way, the main character is in a wheelchair and forced to just watch as all his friends and Mac in a creepy bear costume dancing and having a good time and creepiest unwatchable movie ever made How rude!)🤣
