Now holding the red button till it flashes was key I just turned on the power button thank you for that extra step my Jeep battery was completely dead you’re the man

Sorry guys! I forgot my update . My Astro 2004 was totally dead…. My recommendation is …. FOLLOW the instructions from this video , and I also recommend to leave it for 5-10 min and it will work like magic. I followed instructions and didn’t work so I thought it was just the product or I was doing it wrong but like I said my battery was dead as hell lol 😂 so I tried one more time and leave it for 5-10min and started the vehicle…. It worked like a champ.
@@Spaniard_Amarok: The NOCO did not work because it recognized the battery to be completely dead. What likely happened was that pressing and holding the ! button, and then leaving it hooked up, allowed energy to flow from the NOCO to the dead battery. When the dead battery got enough charge in it the NOCO no longer recognized it as a completely dead battery and it then worked to jump start the vehicle.
I just bought the GB40. I had watched a video of a guy jumping 5 or 6 dead cars in 5⁰. So today I decided to charge my phone off of the GB40. It took my phone from 26% to 80%, taking the charger from fully charged down to one bar(25%?). That seems crazy and I'm wondering if I shouldn't return it.
This is a great video, but can anyone please explain to me (absolute beginner) what you then do once you've started the car? I know you will then have to drive it around for ~30mins, but surely you disconnect the jump-starter first, right? & to do that, the car would need to be off?
Once you start the car switch off the jump starter if your car shuts down you have a alternator problem and you will need a mechanic if the car stays running drive around for a bit then if doesn't start again your battery is probably bad so you will need a new one
After you successfully, start your car how long do you have to drive it or leave it on to charge the battery so that when You turn off your car you can turn it back on normally shortly afterwards??
Well that depends on how long it has been sitting without running the engine also the size of the battery is it a petrol or diesel the alternator as well is it good but at least 30 minutes so you have a better chance to start next time
It would be important to know why the battery was dead. If it has a bad cell or maybe the alternator has a bad diode or any one of multiply other reasons, running the car will not charge the battery for the next start attempt. However, if you simply left your lights on you know why the battery went dead and driving the car will charge the battery. How long? Do not know but I would go at least a half hour around 40-45 mph nonstop. If auto parts stores or places like Interstate battery is open it would be best to drive there and get a free battery test. If you need a battery they will of course sell and install one. A car dealership will even clean up your terminals and reset your battery monitoring system. Dealerships cost the most but service the most.
@@Thrax86 I have the gb40 plus, very similar to yours. The difference is that in order to "shoot" at 1000Amps not 2000 like yours it needs to be pressed when not connected to the battery. I hope i don't need it as 1000Amps is a lot of power and dangerous too, let alone 2000.
