This was *THE* best way to start my Friday! I missed your vlogs. Your editing is absolutely flawless... I loved the B-roll of you walking around China and the Hiro twins :) which made watching and understanding the exercises so much easier. I don't travel a lot by airplane but, since I sit a lot, I will definitely start doing some of these stretches daily. One that I already knew and loved was the legs against the wall. That one feels so good! Thanks so much for sharing, Hiro, and so so good to see your videos back!!
Aw Pat thank you! and yea I'm making an effort this year to put a LOT more energy into making TH-cam videos. I just think its a great way to get more information across. and yea these are great not just for travel but for everyday long days =)
