Awesome video! Answers a lot of the questions that I had. I'm trying to build a smaller version for mink. Any suggestions of the size of the support wire??
Using real trapping snares no matter the size could really help one day to know and understand very well cause you can catch anything in them and food is food
Hey Clint I wonder if those electric fence ground rods would work from your local Tractor Supply? They’re about four or five ft long and have that eye already on them. They’re a rebar rod to. I get mine from Rural king but oddly enough they are in the tent stake section instead of the fencing lol
Best explanation I’ve seen so far, great job
I thank the meat trapper station for finding your channel!
Great explanation of a quick, simple but deadly system - thanks for taking the time to share Carl

Jeffrich308 I use #9. But #11 can work, you just have match your support device,,metal whammy or tubing.
Do you think these would be suitable for cable restraints or strictly snares?

Excellent Job as always Clint, I purchased your snare video also. Any idea where to get those fiberglass rods? Thank You Again...
I get mine from farm stores
If you don't weld drill 2 holes (work best on metal: rebar, form stake, etc...)

Thanks Clint I’m going to be making some for my beaver snares
So how deep you drive them in about two to three ft?
1/2 of pole in ground
don't need to weld just wrap them
Couldn't be any easier if you tried
