I'd say A/C is becoming more and more of a necessity in our area.

Hello Brandon, does your team help out with finding a place to rent or just buy? We just recently sold our home in Texas and will be moving out there next month and would love some advice/help with finding a place to rent. Great videos btw

Thanks! Unfortunately, I don’t deal with rentals. But send me an email and I can forward you a list of companies that do have rentals and many you won’t find on Zillow. My email should be in the description of the video 🫡

Washington was a different state just a few decades ago. It was a full red state with a population of only around 2.3M as opposed to 8M+ today. Thank you people, now we're almost as expensive as California. Though I believe blue states offer a higher quality of living (just my opinion), they tend to have a higher cost of living in many cases. The quiet and peaceful Washington my relatives and I grew up in is no longer. There are trade-offs for everything in life.

@@thurstonrider it’s definitely not the Washington we grew up in. Very valid point about quality of life btw!

about what average salary do you think can help a family of four to own a home in lacey or tumwater and still live good in tumwater or lacey, esp for new consteuction homes.

Great question! The average salary needed to afford a new construction home in Lacey or Tumwater can vary depending on factors like the specific neighborhood, the size of the home, and current interest rates. However, generally speaking, a household income of around $90,000 to $110,000 per year might be a good starting point for a family of four, especially if you're looking at new construction homes.
It's important to consider other factors too, like down payment, debt-to-income ratio, and any additional costs like property taxes and insurance. If you're thinking about making a move, it might be a good idea to connect with a local lender who can give you a more personalized estimate based on your financial situation.
      Hope this helps!

But yeah I live in Shelton. It's great out here. 90% conservative and no gay flags downtown. We don't care if you're gay we just don't want to celebrate it!
