Hey, no problem! What about buying a condo? Get you some equity instead of throwing money away on rent? It’s a good life here, I’ll be honest I don’t work with rentals. I kinda stay away from property management. Renting in WA sucks. Like the want the moon and the stars just to be a half assed landlord in most cases.
