Seed money to do all this was mainly created because of that first Cali house she bought in foreclosure... then the housing bubble came, then she sold at the right time. Money and currency are two different things. I save money and spend currency. I invest in silver , gold and platinum. I have learned a lot , I also need to learn more. Never stop Learning no matter how old you get.
And this is never taught at school. We are told work hard for money and save it when in fact we are working for a currency that depreciates daily. It's a no brainer.

Seed money to do all this was mainly created because of that first Cali house she bought in foreclosure... then the housing bubble came, then she sold at the right time. Housing bubbles/profits like that come around maybe once in a generation. Some risk and work, but also lots of luck here too. She also got remarried to a rich guy, which helped her do what she did. She did not do all this alone.
