Completely agreed. However food might be the real commodity of the rich in the future. I say stack both.
Currently I'm just being smart and frugal with my money, I'm in the green 47% over the last 13 months and l've accumulated over $700K in pure profits from DCA’ing into dividends paying blue chip stocks, ETFs, index and mutual funds. However I’ve been in the red for a while now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait.
Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over $250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this present economy if you know where to look.
I completely agree. I have been consistent with my profit regardless of the market conditions. I got into the market early in 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me, so I sold off. I got back in December 2020 and this time with guidance from an investment adviser who was recommended by a popular economist on a popular forum. Long story short, it's been years now and l've gained over $1.8 million following guidance from my investment advisor.

The thing is, I really don't like to make such recommendations. But there are plenty of independent investment advisers you can check out. I've been working with "LISA ELLEN SHAW" for about three years now. She has made decent returns for me and I believe she has the qualifications and expertise to achieve your goals. If she meets your objectives, you can continue. Always carry out your due diligence before starting out with anyone.

True! Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. The stock market has plenty of opportunities to earn which I myself took advantage of. I made my first million from going diverse, mainly ETFs(stocks, bonds etc), bitcoin , and gold. I'm also working on an investment plan that includes NFTs with my advisor, Katie . It's been a year and half of steady growth.

Investors really need to take heed to what Warren said about diversification. Most investors do it for the sake of just diversifying. Maybe one or even two per sector, as long as there are the top one or two in that sector. Also remember too the market goes up and goes down, not by its own but by investors. If a stock falls it's because some investors decided to sell. If a stock rises, its because more investors caught on to a buying opportunity or increased their position
You need to invest in order to protect your hard-earned funds from inflation. You need to invest now because your money is more valuable today than it will be in a year.
@@instinctively_awesome8283 Bottom-line is that inflation is actually above 10% whilst interest rates is sub 2%. Cash is still trash.
The time value of money means today $10,000 is worth more than it will be in the future. Investing in the stock market is the surest way of protecting your money from inflation and the best way to build wealth. silver is NOT one of the cheapest commodities there is. That statement is totally false, and she lied to you when she said it. Copper, corn, oil, steel, coal...and on and on and on are ALL cheaper than silver. It's a total lie what they are saying!
Platin is another option, it is cheaper than silver relative to dow index
Gypsy Malone silver is not too low, gold prices are way too high and will come down, so ratio may be 1:10 or 1:20, but silver will not rise

Yeah! every $1 you invest today is a little bit of time that you buy back in the future, the more you invest, the more free time you can afford in the future, having time and the freedom to choose what to do are the ultimate investing goals.
You mad your point very clear, I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.

Though to be fair it's not really that hard to follow, lol. The fed keeps printing money, which lowers it's value and will eventually crash entirely. Precious metals are free from this because you can't just magically create precious metals. That's what makes it the best currency. At some point in our future, the US dollar will be an irrelevant currency while precious metals will still have value.

I've been skipping school for the past two days just to watch all of Robert's videos. Gotta say i've learned more from this channel than i ever did in my 12 years of schooling. College isn't a necessity.

Eventually, the fearmongers are going to be right. And if the fearmongers yell loud enough and long enough, eventually, the snowflakes in the Stock Market will cause the stocks to crash.
He has been saying this for decades.. Real estate is probably worse off than the markets right now.. Stocks are currently trading at 2019 levels.. If this was the collapse he was talking about, I think the stock market is proving to be the better asset class at this time ... Tenants don't have to pay rent and can't be evicted .. The really big problem is that young people get too much input about everything. There is too much information and they don’t know how to deal with it. They say “go to school, go to college, get your degree and your feeling free” “forget school, invest in the stock market” “invest in ETFs” “invest in crypto” “invest in silver and gold” “make your own business” “affiliate marketing” “Amazon reselling” “trading” “get a mentor” “forget everything, follow ur passion”.
The amount of information and people who are saying “this is the right way” makes young people so scared of life. I’m in the same situation. This input broke my brain and you start thinking what you can do and don’t find your way. And then they say that you have to find your own way, but how when everyone starts to manipulate our brains ???

< Technical Analysis is all well and good but I find it truly baffling that all major crypto youtubers just look at pure TA and completely ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is dumping and why the future outlook might not be as rosy as it seems. It's kinda irresponsible to ignore the fact that each ETF launch so far has caused a major dump at the peaks of BTC. The real question is where can you sell the silver and get a reasonable reimbursement for it? Those companies that buy gold don’t purchase it for anywhere near the price of gold

Good for you, at 0.02% interest and 3% inflation, it is not worth crap in about 5 years when you think you'll need it. I used to believe, save everything, spend nothing. I now found a balance. Save only enough for an emergency, invest a lot, and then enjoy life. My income, life, happiness, and overall quality of life has improved ridiculously.

I bought into silver in the 70's as the price was rising, small amounts every payday. I was able to quit my job and live for six months off the investment. I think the price of silver is low today and is a good long-term investment for low-income people.

Do you think that kiyosaki method works for everyone? Tbh, I'm afraid to take risks. But in the meantime, I wanted to learn to be financially free
It genuinely upsets me knowing how much money I actually lost by saving money in my Bank account before I realized things like this. I had probably $30,000 saved which was still that much money yes, but some of that money that was in there for years was earned with wages from years ago and had the buying power from years ago. When I locked it away and didn't touch it for four years it was worth probably 8-10% less than it was when I initially saved it. All while the bank was using my money for investments and paying me less than a half a % in exchange for them making 3-5% on my money. I now keep about 3,000-6,000 in my account everything else is in crypto and income generating ETFs. I also plan on getting into real estate at some point as well. Moral of the story, 0.12% interest isn't worth losing 2% a year to inflation.
