Feelings shouldn't dictate law writing or law enforcement. And even better, using their own terms against them; informing the officer you are being harrassed; funny how he forgot the key words of one of their favourite arrest tools; "causing harrassment, alarm or distress". The entire system needs shutting down, wiping clean and rebuilding from the base code upwards.

I just tried to make a complaint about him and they want all my personal info but strangely if I want to send thanks to someone there's a form I can fill in without having to give all my personal info. It's almost as if they want to make it difficult to complain about officers who think they don't need to inform citizens they're collecting video data about them.
