Beautifully decorated home. Love the attention to detail even the idea of using stately doorknobs is a beautiful touch. A couple things I would change is moving the powder room away from the master bedroom area. Guest should not be able to access the master's closet. Secondly, I would widen the master's closet. Thirdly, I would bring the media room downstairs. As you age, you don't want to keep going up and downstairs for movie night and you definitely don't want to carry food/drinks up and downstairs all the time. Lastly, I would add another laundry room upstairs.
Another deep in the heart of Texas property !🎼🇺🇸🎼🎵we that know about property in other states ! This is a 10 million dollar property in California or more! Beautiful Home! What makes it is it's large but cozy and warm !
The dining room is small enought without that cabinet with the lamps on it! I would have not put that there and pushed the rug and the table more in the middle where you at least have room to walk around the room. The walls are beautiful, but that cabinet has to GO!! LOVE the huge island with the lowered seating area. That's NICE! Too many tables on the first floor! Two tables and then you have an island fit for seating. And I know that this is just staging and can be changed! All around nice home.

Very impressed with the dining room walls. Watched your video from 0:54 secs till 1:15 secs. Do you know the material the designer used for the walls that is reflecting both sides opposite to each other? Are these wall tiles or glass films? This is looking very unique.
Please also state that the Model if full of all the Extras. Extra's cost money on top of the base price. No one ever shows the basic model for said amount. It is frustrating to the buyer to have to learn the hard way.
I like the whole house but one flaw is the game room is outside the baby's room it's completely bad idea coz the bet is disturbance in the games room which not suited for sleepy baby Anyhow it was considerable
I didn't know and was looking, and someone commented overpaying, and in some areas you can't buy that house for twice the amount, but if the property taxes are that high, that changes things
