A 6.9% fha 30 mortgage rate puts this at 1.3 million in taxes $400,000 in property tax for 30 years plus any other tax missed like hoa, land,etc. then the house is 650k. What are y’all on?? Making how much income a year??? Who’s paid off one of these 650k 1 million dollar houses and what do they have to say, I’m so curious…. I know plenty of 40-50 year olds who bought 400k houses 10-20 years ago at best which low interest and high down payments.. am I trippin?
