Westin homes must be really easy to build because they all look so similar! I do like that second bedroom downstairs that you get in the Carter but don’t get in the Preston.
Preston and Carter may look similar but there are some big differences: Preston = Much bigger Covered Patio which is included in Price; Carter = Smaller Covered Patio option only and it's not part of base price. Preston = 4 Beds (Media room can be converted into bedroom Preston IV model) ; Carter = 5th bedroom downstairs. Preston = The starting part of stair case has a really nice round curve whereas Carter's is just flat across. Compare both stair cases next to each other and you'll see the big difference! Preston = Upstairs bedrooms are well spread out from each other ; Carter 2 rooms upstairs are connected with bathroom, 3rd bedroom has extra cost for bathroom add-on. Preston = One big Media room; Carter = Tad bit smaller Media room and extra cost to turn a closet space next to it as part of the media room, otherwise it's a weird out of place closet space given as standard.
Damn I love love this model, the high living room windows is it for me! lol just wish it was 100k cheaper. I'm going to keep working towards it though👍🏾👍🏾❤❤

Yeah, the Carter models are better. Second bedroom dowstairs, and his and hers closets.
