What if that ligamental tear is the main cause of persistent instability, inflammation, pain and weakness on the involved body part in a first place? We all can absolutely agree that Therapeutic Exercise WON'T reconnect the already ruptured connective tissues. It's always been so Frustrating for me and for my patients to rehabilitate with pending ruptured connective tissues. As a physiotherapist for 22 years, good prognosis comes from precise surgical intervention and early dynamic accelerated rehabilitation. Personally, the lecture is seems to be preposterous in my own opinion..😐
