Disgaea 5 Session 1 Item Worlding, Subclasses, Character Maxing

Trying to dupe Trapezohedrons, max out character's subclasses as part of the way toward getting max stats (again), along with overall trying to stat max my characters, first starting with my Sage Melusina, then maxing the subclasses for my second Sage Isadora : )
