The street vendors- wouldn't it make more sense to grant lisc quick and efficient, that way they are in compliance with food handling, safety, and codes...instead of making them work on the shadows and then we really don't know how food is prepared? I just watched, and listened to , the man In Gaza saying, he wanted to die, along with all the thousands of 'martyrs' . No hope, and no joy in life left, he said. What can I do , but listen, and hear, and weep with him, so I do that. One thing about the street vendors is real restaurants have to operate under health guidelines with things like somewhere to wash your hands but something like a hotdog stand won't have even that so the lines get blurred.
The vendors' stands that I eat at all provide a waxed paper wrap to hold sandwiches or tacos, etc.. Other menu choices on plates have plastic spoons and forks to eat with. Your example is pointless.
