Their “mandate” that is found on both the Project 2025 & Heritage Foundation sites is the NINTH edition, published in April of 2023. Their 1981 “Mandate for Leadership” (a paperback) was on the Washington Post’s best seller list that year. This edition added all sorts of stuff, such as how they want the DOJ & FBI to basically be handcuffed from performing their duties, turning the Department of Homeland Security into a vigilante-like, xenophobic, bigoted arm of the government, and virtually destroying the Department of Education (so they can get the Christo-Fascist “religion” into public schools) and cut off all student loan forgiveness. Their “mandate” that is found on both the Project 2025 & Heritage Foundation sites is the NINTH edition, published in April of 2023.
Their 1981 “Mandate for Leadership” (a paperback) was on the Washington Post’s best seller list that year.
