Something that you really can't put a price tag on, so you either put it in your own livingroom or give it away to someone special in your life!! So sorry for your loss. Your Xmas ornament looked great. I'm trying to make an inside out vase but I've not seen any of the Utubes illustrate their plan/template for the inside. Can you tell me how to determine how to plan for the window size? Is this a hit and miss thing or... It seems like this is the most important part of the project yet everyone skips over the inside planning step. Do you have any info on this?

Does anybody know of a formula for figuring out how deep you can go on an inside out turning so your edges aren't too thin but you get the biggest opening possible. I have a 5" square (4, 2 1/2" blocks. trying to get a circular opening. Of course rounding out the outside does end up taking about 3/8" from the total radius. What is the best radius of the turned circle?

A year late but your piece is beautiful! I'm sorry that you lost your little friend Sadie! Just a note: Our dog Ranger ate some of my wifes Christmas cookies that contained Walnuts.We called poison control and were told that eating the actual walnuts wasn't really a problem as much as a dog being subjected to walnut sawdust or them chewing on the bark. That is very beautiful. The multicolored LED is perfect for a Christmas ornament like that. RIP Sadie, I'm sure your family still misses you.
