I think for $650k is the best price for this place. It’s a beautiful but weird layout. The colors and design is gonna run people away. This must’ve been a old New Orleans saints fans house or maybe a old saints player idk

I like big spacious homes but this one crossed over to being too big for me. This home would most definitely work for a large family, someone who likes to entertain, or maybe people who are content creators. The home has a lot of potential. I just wonder if the sellers would consider reducing the price for the buyers to do a full renovation.
Thanks Bro. I say this house online and the video helps me get and better understanding of the property. Needs some TLC. Also, the inside is a certain preference so I would change a lot which means more money, but I like the size. This price has to come down if it will sell.
Really feel with all the renovations needed, the seller needs to consider and reduce the price to about 600k. I wouldn't pay no more than that for this property.
This house is extremely outdated, the floors, ceiling fans, etc, the paint colors are horrible with the gold and black trim, the carpet looks like it needs replacing and the bathroom with mix match tile and yellow and black on the walls? The outside looks bad too, no landscaping and the driveway and walkway need pressure washing, not a good presentation, asking price is too much because the whole house will have to be painted.
7,000 square ft is indeed a big house and it's very nice. Sure there are some personal choices the owner liked but they can be changed and updated. It doesn't appear to sit on two acres however 😊

The tile and carpet floors has to be replace with at least some nice engineered oak floors. 7k by technical terms is a mansion. However, with the way this house is layed out.. it doesnt seem to be huge. This house does not feel big.
This house is greatly overpriced. Maybe 680,000. The master bedroom upstairs is the best part along with the large living room. Downstairs needs work,.carpet needs changed and painting the entire home is a must

The layout of this house is nice but 7000 sq ft is a lot especially when you have to renovate and update the house
