For over 5000 square feet that master bathroom is small small. That home is truly dated. That is not a good price, especially being in that area, IMO. There is definitely more bang for your buck at almost 800k. I would definitely look for something in Milton, Johns Creek for that price. I would exchange sq footage and land for something more conveniently located and better schools.

For 700k this house is mad choppy, outdated and it doesn’t have enough light coming thru, primary suite is small & I know u can renovate but at 700,000 I shouldn’t have to…Just my opinion
