Well, of course the judges in these cases are supporting this system. Their massive salaries depend on them having plenty of cases to adjudicate. They have a vested interest in promoting the fake grievance/illness industry more than anyone else does.

These sorts of claims are like a cancer in Australia as well giving us some of the highest car insurance costs . I was nearly scammed once myself as in a line of slow moving cars at an intersection a car in front reversed into me , claiming I had hit him . If it was not for the fact I noticed his reverse lights were not working it might have worked . ( I later learned it was a trick often used , a separate switch in the car enabled the lights to be turned off and on )
AMAZING
The Government Pay-outs made for the claims such as; PPI, Debt Relief order, or NHS claims Etc Etc are made to increase cash-Liquidity in the UK Economy, it gets around EU Law on Subsidies, Government is involved with the cover-ups
The sufferers from "Havana Syndrome" got the chairman of the committee trying to determine the cause of the syndrome fired not for saying the symptoms are psychosomatic but for refusing to rule out the possibility that the unknown cause might be.
I don't know if this is failed stand up. I'm from WGC 🤔🤔
Not unsurprisingly, yet another thoroughly demoralizing and rather useless little lecture by this Heritage foundation regular judeo-conservative bore, closed off by the question "Am I complaining about something remediable or is it human nature?"
Well, human nature needn't be beyond remedy, Mr Daniels. Ask those in the room who might be able to teach you - if only you'd care to listen - about the Medieval stateless societies and the Church's Natural Moral Law.
Yeah, I watched one short video of him and thought "okay, I'm listening"; came to this one and the moment he started saying that things like whiplash don't exist in countries that have no mechanism to "gain" from it---he lost me. As a former massage therapist with a mind to listen, this guy's a crank with a charming accent.
