Nothing could stop you if you are determined. Years ago I was thrown out of the school because I was very poor in studies. My teachers said I would end up as a labourer. I wanted to speak English fluently and everyone made my fun. I took this as a challenge and cut off from everyone. Years later today I work in an MNC and also help people learn English. I help them so that they don't face the challenges which I had grappled with. And all those who used to laugh at me, are still there where I left them. Practice is the key.

It's ok , you'r not the only person trying to be fluent as her at speaking ! We all ( English learners )are making our best to be fluent and to have confident to speak English , so don't give up until u become fluent as her at speaking , ☺

I think the best way to learn vocabulary is through the sentences or just get directly into the real conversation. That is the reason why people always recommend to read a book or any reading stuff. If we just try to memorize 10 words a day, you will forget 90% of all word that you have learned unless you have a superior brain. I've been living in The US for quite sometimes and I learned a new word through daily basis.
I agree with you.. learning set sentences is more effective also because one single word might have 10 different meanings depending on the contest.. and most of the time is also a good thing to translate a whole sentence rather than each word separately.. for example the sentence "out of the blue" doesn't have any sense if I translate word by word...

Hi from 🇮🇳 India. Loved your videos and many were unique, especially those doodles part. I guess hereafter we don't need to learn different languages as Technology and AI are evolving. I saw a video last night on Google having AR glasses that translate in real-time. I hope even in TH-cam videos we don't need a language barrier so they get auto-translated and even if you speak in Mandarin, I can hear it in English. 😃 One day😇🤩

這個我可以回答！ 我不會去硬背一個單字怎麼讀，所以拆字是一個很有用的方法，例如像我會把convenience→con ve nie nce 一開始不會拆的話可以先聽人家怎麼唸，然後再慢慢剖 到後來你會發現雖然有的時候你可能會拆錯，或是拆完還不知道某一個小節的英文怎麼讀，但這個時候去查英文字典你往往記憶會比較深刻
