I think Fields is gonna be a sub 1000 rusher this year. I think there’s been a big emphasis this training camp on making sure he can throw quicker and try to go for the pass first. Last season he ran for so many yards because the reality was that was the best option for him to move the offense due to a poor offensive line and a weak wide receiver corp.
And half of those plays where he ran was literally because he had a D Linemen in his face as soon as he called hike and had to improvise. Hard to throw in those circumstances. I think people forget how great of a passer he was in college. But the Bears need to protect him... They got him the weapons, but the O Line is still a little iffy. It can't be worse than last year, though lol.
I would also count out Lamar Jackson because he wont be interested in playing more than 12 games.

If the Bears were smart, they wouldn't let Fields get close to 1000 yards on the ground. He can do it but, is it the right choice to let him.
Yes and no. They should be more 3 dimensional than that, but in so much as people normally say this because of injury concerns, learning to get better at sliding/going out of bounds is way more impactful than rushing less. Lamar, for example, has never been hurt during a run...only in the pocket
If they were smart they’d mix it up like Seattle did with young Russell. We could hit you with the hardest option for 20 or do the same play as PA for a 40 yard bomb. Crazy they haven’t tried to do it

You’ve got to remember that the Bills lost Micah Hyde early in the season and White was not playing until late. Our secondary was just full of injuries and near death experiences. If the secondary stays healthy we will be fine. I think the Bills got better, even on the offensive line.

O-Line is looking weak thru camp. They need to invest heavily with high rd picks at O-Line & Center going forward.

Edmonds is gone too and they don't have a replacement for him. Say what you want about him, but he was the only one other than Von that didn't have a 10% or higher missed tackle rating.
Maybe getting rid of Frazier though will be good. He never addressed all the missed tackling during his tenure.

I have Tampa and Minnesota missing the Playoffs next year. The Vikings went an ungodly 11-0 in 1 score games last season. Assuming they're closer to .500 in 1 score games, I can see them regressing to 8-9

C'mon Brandon, the Seahawks will make the playoffs, you are still butt-hurt over getting fleeced by Seattle in the Russell Wilson trade. Seattle had a great offseason, and will be an 11+ win team. It's nice you chose Kenneth Walker to be the rushing champ, but I just don't see him lasting that long with such a heavy workload. Yes, Walker will get his 1000 yards, but he'll miss games with injuries and Seattle will share the load. Enjoyed your predictions, and great to see your subscriber count continue to grow!

Absolutely. The Jags and the Panthers were my teams last year and I'm sticking with them again. There's a ton of buzz from the Jags camp about how much better they expect their incredibly young but ridiculously talented defense to be. IDK which 4 Headed Monster I like better, Jax (Devin Lloyd, the real Josh Allen, Travon Walker and Foyesade Olokuon) or Carolina's ( Brian MFn Burns, Derrick Brown, Frankie Luvu and Jeremy Chinn) Week 1 needs to get here STAT!

Baltimore missing the playoffs is probably the biggest stretch in this video.
They’ve gotten better at almost every notable position, including coaching and training/conditioning. Only debacle player they lost is Campbell, but they have his replacement.
They have made the playoffs 4 out of the last 5 seasons with Lamar. Made one and didn’t make one because he got hurt. In both seasons where he did get hurt he was in the MVP race again with absolutely no one except Andrews as a target.
The whole team needs to get absolutely wrecked for them to miss the playoffs.

I actually think you're underselling how many teams miss the playoffs, on average it's more like 3 teams from each conference miss. I would target:
Chargers: Shit coaching and a harder schedule
Bengals: Hard schedule and missing Joe burrow for even just a few weeks in a stacked AFC could make them the last team on the outside looking in
Ravens: (Same reasons as you)
Cowboys: shit coaching
Vikings: Bad defense, no Dalvin Cook anymore, and the 1 score games don't go their way this year
Buccaneers: too much turnover and no tom brady in a tougher division this year for a team that already lucked their way in last year
Seahawks: Geno isn’t him and that defense is still a liability
