If Dak had the mental fortitude of Kyler Murray, sure trading for Trey would be a problem. But Dak’s showed he’s capable of handling media pressure and being a leader, hell he’ll probably be a more capable mentor to Trey than who he’s had around the last few years.
Im a Bills fan, but Dak Prescott has had to deal with a lot and has handled it as well as anybody. Big contract, lots of media pressure, big city, his injuries, his mom and brother passing etc. Say what you want, but the guy is a professional.

I have a prediction to add: after cutting expected starting QB Colt McCoy, the Cardinals will name David Blough their starting quarterback for week one to help their tank efforts.
I say NFL needs a lottery of all teams under 5 wins. Also there should be a salary cap penalty to any team in the lottery two years in a row.

@@Dickcheese2011 the new rules NFL mirrors the NBA rule changes. Scoring is way up and many games now are decided on final possession. Interference and roughing calls are called differently depending on score and time left in the game just like fouls change over the course of a NBA game. Today to win a championship you need a QB that can score on the final drive more than you need a guy that drives the bus safely. Hence QB's and receivers are the money positions and RB's are hating it. Just like pass rushers and corners are the money spots on defense.

It's so nice to have hope for a Steelers season again. If everyone stays healthy I don't think anyone will want to play us, even if we're not in the same Tier as the top teams yet. I think we can be, but it's all theoretical at this point.

Cowboys' security is trying to determine who allowed Jerry to have access to a phone without proper supervision.
Miami used those picks from 49ers to get Waddle, Hill, and Chub. Chiefs traded away the Miami pick to New England to move up and get Trent McDuffie. New England used the pick to draft Tryquan Thorton. Everyone who touched the 49ers picks used them to get really good players. Cowboys maybe got a future starting QB for one 4th rounder or they waisted one 4th rounder. Gotta go down as one of the worst trades ever.
Lance isn't a future starter he'll likely be outta the league altogether by the end of next year's preseason
Trey Lance would be a backup in the XFL 😄. 49ers fleeced the Cowboys for a valuable 4th.
Don't forget that pick that the Broncos got from Miami was original the 49ners25th over-all pick and it turned into Sean Payton 😂

I find it odd how the Steelers arguably had the best offseason of any team in the AFCN (2nd to maybe the Browns) but they are the only ones many media analysts are picking to regress compared to last season. I'm not sure I get the idea of a regeression for Pittsburgh and a step forward for each of the other AFCN teams -- especially considering that the Bengals likely had the worst offseason in the division by not addressing their barely mediocre O-line. The Bengals might still win the division (or not), but I don't get why people are picking them to have a better record than last season.
Don't sleep on Pickens on the Steelers. Pickens and Pickett gonna be slinging for a long while.

I’m a UCLA fan and I was consistently saying their 2023 Draft prospects were very underrated. I big part of that was their Pro Day happened during a heavy storm so all the workout numbers were bad but teams should throw them out. I look like i might be right.

Jordan Love progressed leaps and bounds from last year and he looked pretty damn good last year. I think the Packers did it again. This guy is a QB who will take them on his back and tilt the field Green Bay's way because he is on it. Im calling it right now. Green Bay will contend for the title THIS season and Jordan Love will go 35+ TDs, 4,000+ yards, 69% accuracy, 120+ QBR and 5 or fewer INTs. One more prediction, for those who say the RB position is obsolete and its a passing league, watch Green Bay and Pittsburgh this year and tell me that. These two teams particularly are going to remind everyone why you need a ground defense. They are going to wear teams the fuck out pounding that rock.

Cowboys totally won. Grabbed trey lance for a 4th round pick, discovered hunter luepke, had a FANTASTIC send off for will Grier and dak did great calling plays during the last game. Schoonmaker our 2nd round TE looks great and proved himself, plus a couple really solid looking late round wideouts

Epileptic here, not a football player much less an NFL player, but playing a week after a seizure is reasonably healthy as long as you take extra rest and make an effort to recover. Everyone is different though.

@davidcaunter5346 he turned 21 a couple weeks ago. They didn't draft him to be MVP week 1. Even the best rookie QBs struggle. Trevor Lawrence was supposed to be a generational pro ready QB and it even took him a while to really start to live up to his potential.
