Johnson did draft Zach Thomas (5x All Pro, 7 Pro Bowls), Sam Madison (4x AP, 4 Pro Bowls) and Patrick Surtain (2x AP, 3 Pro Bowls), not to mention NFL Hall of Famer Jason Taylor, so he definitely vastly outdid Jerry the GM during that time frame (decent picks like Dexter Coakley, Greg Ellis and Flozell Adams). 15+ years have gone by since this video was made, and the Cowboys have been pretty average with hardly any postseason success along the way. Agreed that most of the onus is on Jerry Jones, so I will continue to blame him.
