The Pomp yo bro you and James have an impeccable sense of style. But you need to get some Bruce Lee aviators and put a dark ass gradient of n those bitches in a future review...you’d look like Don Corleone of pomade LOL👌
Great product, albeit the scent is a little strong and unnecessary. One issue I have with this company in general is when they moved to the new packaging, they also went to a 25% smaller jar, whilst keeping the price the same and already at the top end of the pomade market. Basically a 25% price increase.
Hey bro could you recommend a clay I could use that is a little more slick and not too dry but also with a good hold. Im using Suavecito clay but the main ingrediant is Petrolatum and doesnt washout easily
This product tugs so much hair when used on dry hair. It literally pulls hair from your scalp even when used on slightly damp hair. You can only use it on damp hair but then it decreases the hold and volume and brings in sheen, to what is supposed to be a matte finish product.
yo man from your earlier videos I could see your hair were thin and now they look like they have some volume to them. have you done anything specifically for it ?
Another great review. This version was one of my top pomades of 2019. I always apply to towel dried hair and don’t get that brittleness you talk about. Maybe give that a whirl.
I have one question. Why you never use a prestyler man? A lot of products will perform much better if you blow dry your hair before to hairstyle that you want to achive. James does same thing but his hair is much more straight.
What's your go to for prestyling? I don't use a prestyler or blowdryer bc with a blowdryer, I can style it with very minimal product. Wouldn't give you guys an idea of what the product could actually do on its own
@@ThePomp Right now I'm using Reuzel Matte Paste and Reuzel Gel but the second one give me feeling of very dry hair so I don't recomend it. My next go to will be Lockhart's The Devil.
Yeah especially if you have had product in your hair already (buildup). Loose hair could be trapped, or those hair that you've lost were ready to fall off. I'd only be concerned if it's an absurd amount...like more than 15+ strands daily only when you style on fresh/clean hair
You should review the new 2020 summit pomade from templeton tonics. Also, I like the plant background but in some of your old videos, it get dark in the evening so i think you should get some extra light for the background. Love your contents, keep it up!
The Pomp I want a style with volume that I can re style throughout the day, i don’t like when products make harden my hair. I use hair mousse as a pre styler (sometimes I add some type of oil before the hair mousse so that my hair is not crunchy bcuz of the mousse)
Am I the only one who feels drowsy listening to his voice? The amount of bass in his voice making me zzzzz... Not that it's bad, it's just so cozy sounding.
Great review boss. I’ve only tried their texturizing clay and it’s not bad. In hindsight thought that the clay was the one I should have gotten. Imo close in texture to Arcadian Matte Paste. If any dig the scent, it’s pretty close to Rive Gauche by YSL👍
One of the best clay I've ever used
Do u think It's better than oasis clay if you used?
Hey, will you review lockhart’s transcend?
Whered you get these glasses frames? They look dope
Rayban

Oh dang, I didn't know that was the case. Guess some business moves had to be made.
nice timing; this is actually the pomade i wanted to buy next 👌
Oh yeeee
any chance you would be reviewing oasis by templeton tonics?
If I can get my hands on a jar that isn't James' crusty old leftovers
Scrape of the top layer player😎

A little bit tacky but this stuff is amazing. Can't believe how much performance I get with such great ease of use.

Just not use as much product lol

Maybe that'll help. Thanks man
@@ThePomp slight damp hair works best for me.
3:52 its pretty eas - okay nevermind i see the dryness LMAO

Jakub Ptasinski I guess he wants to show us what the product does by itself
What prestyle product do you use?

Nice👀
appreciate the content. btw, where are those glasses from?
Spectacle shop
They're from Rayban. Converted one of the sunglasses to optical
Is it normal if couple of hair strands fall off when styling ?

Rate the SKNHEAD Guvnor clay next

But that's the mooood
Is this good for medium hair length? How dry is it?
Depends on what you're trying to style, but it's enough of a strong hold to do you good. It's a sticky product, so think more pastey clay.

Hey... Is it stronger than arcadian matte paste?
