- Hi Everyone!
Welcome to week 2 of the Get Set Yoga 2.0 series!
Today we will do a full body vinyasa flow to start Moving with our breath. In the session, you will be experiencing a quick warm up, surya namaskar and a few unique vinyasas which will help you increase your stamina and will leave you relaxed by end of the class with a short pranayama practice
Once you are ready, let's hop onto the mat and get going!

Some of these Yoga poses are have already gotten easier. I'm becoming more flexible and feel loser and more limber throughout the day. I bet will be able to touch my toes by the end of this challenge! Thanks for your guidance Bharti.

Hi Robbie, for this series, since it is bit strenuous, I would suggest taking a break during the first 3 days of your periods and then coming back. I have another practice particularly for yoga during periods - you can try that one out : th-cam.com/video/bj2X6kv1Pfo/w-d-xo.html

What is the significance of putting my warm hands over my eyes at the close of practice??
I think it releases tensions from the eye area and it also feels soothing. Isn’t it?😊
