    God said "turn off the noise" . I listened and did as I was told. What happened next was divine intervention and fast track ascension while healing. 7 years total to heal and learn all I truely am. No one helped me conciously but subconsciously they gave me what I truely needed my purpose in life back by helping them. No one knows what I need but God and God will move people and situations to help me for far more greater purposes and missions then society is ready for.

    Around 2:30.... It doesn't do to look for the solutions on the outside.
    That's why I struggled with AA. The idea of giving my power totally away and trusting "something else outside of me" just never sat right. Eventually, i figured it out on my own. That part anyway. I'm still a work in progress....

It's so easy to look outside ourselves for solutions, but real healing starts from within. 🙏 I'd love to hear your thoughts-have you ever felt like your ego was blocking your growth? Absolutely. I was groomed as a career-oriented woman. I took pride in working as a journalist for some 12 years. But when I became mother, my desire was to be with my child from day 1. But somehow this didn't happen until she was three. I was working full time. But hardly any one would call me a professional journalist. I found it difficult to give time to my daughter as well as go to work and give one hundred per cent to my job. I was terminated. And this served as an opportunity for me to be a stay-at-home mom. I had a passion for living a life different from the routine working life of others around me. And this was the challenge. It has proved to be very tough because I had to literally unlearn everything from scratch. The world doesn`t think much of me because I don't own any property, I have not as much money as those I associate with and I had tough time with my daughter, who is by the way, a working woman now. However, because of sticking around at home, I learnt many things that I didn't know earlier. Especially of relationships. Recently, my quest for freedom from this routine household stuff has led me to read a copy of Dr. Gabor Mate's The Myth of the Normal. It is an eye-opener. It has definitely helped me to connect well with my daughter, who has started becoming close to me again. The best thing about us is we are corresponding like in the old times. Not through gmail or facebook, but through writing letters to each other. I am yet to finish reading the book and am enthused about the various exercises. Truly a balm for troubled minds.

      Thank you so much for sharing your journey. It takes so much strength to balance being a mother and pursuing a career, and I can only imagine how challenging that must have been for you. I’m so happy to hear that you’ve found ways to reconnect with your daughter and that Dr. Gabor Mate's book has been helpful. Writing letters is such a beautiful way to communicate, and it sounds like a wonderful bond is forming between you both. Wishing you all the best on your continued journey of learning and growth! ❤

      Hello Sweetheart, oh yes - doesn't everyone have this experience (but they just don't realise it?!) I've found three things that help: 1) go within - in meditation, still the mind by filling your thoughts and heart with high vibrations of gratitude, love, empathy, compassion sit quietly until you touch that inner core of peace and joy, where you sense how everything and everyone is interconnected by one unified field that is simply love. The more you do that the easier it becomes to identify when it's ego-mind driving your thoughts and actions and then you can stop and go to... 2) touch your heart, ask your HEART the question (whatever it is - maybe what to do, what to say, is this or that correct, am I reacting according to my Higher Self motivation or my ego-mind, etc.) The TRUE answer will come immediately, without further thought or reasoning, it just comes. If you like, before you do that, say a little prayer/ASK for clarity.
      There are other techniques like muscle testing and so on but they all come down to the same thing - your heart knows because your heart is CONNECTED to the unified field (check out discussions between Gregg Braden and Nassim Haramein for example; it's also intrinsic to concepts of quantum theory!) Hey did you know the heart actually THINKS like the brain does? Science has discovered the heart contains NEURONS that fire exactly the same way the brain's do. It also holds memory! (Our bodies are the most amazing machines and we only know a fraction of how interconnected it is to our emotional and spiritual lives!)
      The third is to be kind and grateful for ego - don't fight it, love it and thank it for keeping us safe, because that's why it's there - it's a survival mechanism. And if we truly love ourselves (which we need to!) we need to love ALL of ourselves, even the parts that don't seem to serve us the way we think are necessary. EVERYTHING is designed to serve us one way or another, be it practical in the here and now or even for our soul's purpose while here on earth for this particular journey! So be kind and loving, even as you are firm and disciplining of your ego.
      It's an ongoing learning process really - a part of our soul's journey to experience life and grow as we go. I certainly can't claim to have mastered it (not nearly!) but I'm keeping on keeping on trying lol... and I think the more we practise and stay MINDFUL as much as possible, the better we get at it!
      Much love and light and many blessings dear Soul, what a great thing you're doing by sharing all this with the world!

    People have always ahd this DOUBLE STANDARD with me. They assume and expect me to be the better one while theyre being haters and acting like wicked children.
    They always wanted and expected me to behave while they act up and act out.
    Its disgusting.
    And yet this is how i became BETTER than them.
    Which results in their regular jeallusy of me. Very ignorant of them indeed.

    • @yourinnerchildmatters
      @yourinnerchildmatters  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm really sorry you've had to deal with that. Dr. Gabor Maté often talks about how much our childhood experiences and emotions shape who we are. It’s tough when people act unfairly or out of jealousy, but your ability to rise above that shows strength and growth. Remember, their actions say more about them than about you. Stay kind to yourself and take care. 😊
