Spec bow does not need nerfed. Nightblade is the single target damage class and should do extremely good single target dmg. If something needs to be nerfed on nb its the healing and in actuality thats only like 40% of the power gap. Its the Duel Wield/ ice staff that is making nb overpowered. Ice staff being a block weapon AND giving crit bonuses is stupid strong. Pair that with how much healing nb has from hybridization and you can just face tank stuff and then do the great single target dmg. If you nerf the dmg then you just shoehorn any other bralwer build that doesn't use dw and ice staff into using it and stacking heals on a hybrid because thats the only build that will survive long enough to out pressure someone in general. At that point you might as well not even play a nb. Just go run the obnoxious proc dot build with masters dw and vate ice staff on a arcanist or warden.
What needs to happen is some overhaul to the tankiness that the dw / ice staff setup affords along with some light nerfs to the heals nb has for pvp. But its mostly due to the ice staff.
Nbs should be squishier but elusive via shade, cloak, roll dodge, and good block timing. Not because they can just outheal everything and block on a ice staff. You remove the tankiness hybrid blades have in this area and you fix the big issue with nb. It should be weighted towards being a high risk high reward class more than any other class.
Offensive with concealed wep (mag) then turning your dodge rolls (stam) into shields is pretty brilliant. It really brings the old school rollie pollie brawler build back to life. Technically though you can just run this with Markyns and do the same thing and hit harder though with higher resistances but still an interesting take on a very established play style 👌🏻
I agree! but actually I started running DDF a lot more because the extra stam/mag you get from DDF actually ends up giving you more damage than the 200 from Markyn since every 1000 mag/or stam gives you 100 Weapon/Spell Damage on your builds
@@Sekaar DDF is very nice for longer fights. I can't say my fights last that long even in a brawler build because I'm not a fan of rock humping for 40 mins 😂 but you are absolutely right in long fights DDF wins hands down in every single way. Great build btw. Keep up the great content

This game is perhaps the best game I have ever played. The amount of content is incredible, the constant work of ZOS keeps it running smooth, and the pvp is so massive and challenging I havent put it down in 8 years. Love the build! Finished piecing it together and trying it out. Would love a list/tutorial on your add ons! Wouldn’t mind a quick video to be put out on that. Would go a long way for people new to add ons!
Bastion cp star works with the Lefthanders belt. I don't know that it actually needs to be boosted further but it does work. 23k instead of 20k shield. Bastion also increases damage against shielded opponents so there's some value there vis a vis sorc meta.
I agree that it's good against sorcs but it was either that or Relentlessness and I felt that Relentlessness was more practical for every fight use
Made this build and can burst people with 35k hp with balor, I can 1v5 people and stay alive long enough to get away if I need to, I can still kill without using spec bow, in bgs I drop 25+ kills consistently, only thing different is I use wild hunt mythic but I’m cp 597 playing in grey host and only thing that this build can’t do is kill cheesy tanks and survive zergs W build cuts thru most players💪🏾

merciless is def OP - you basically get two ults at a nightblade with that and incap. the stack comes no matter what bar you are on and doesnt time out - wish they would give me that kind of perk for crystal frags.
My crystal frags proc have a tooltip over 20k.
Nice build. Could imagine to try aegis. I am not yet sure, if i wanna drop wildhunt for that cause part of my defense is extreme mobility and speed instead of bulk. I'm fine with that atm, wonder if aegis is better, so dropping some speed for bulk... whats your opinion on that?
I thought refreshing path is self buff, does it still proc wretched vitality for self buff? Tooltip read like it was procing on enemy debuff, I just came back and know nothing so forgive me if I’m ignorant haha
Wretched works on either target debuffs or self buffs :)

What other set to use instead of tarnished?
ashen grip is a crafted set that serves the same purpose
tarnished is best for this type of damage/buffs but yea Ashen Grip would be good too, any type of proc set tbh would really help you in this situation
Flame blossom hits harder on average but only works in melee range plus applies burning. In my experience this works better than tarnished for melee builds. Tarnished is good for squishies or securing kills but that's about it. Personally I've never had much issues when fighting against tarnish procs especially when you're hitting the bare minimum of 34k HP and 30k+ resistances. It just feels like a tickle most of the time lol Flame blossom is pretty annoying though. Burning hurts a lot more this patch
Use orders wrath/ rallying cry. Or essence thief/ rallying cry. You’ll completely sht on anyone using this baby builds.
The monster set is almost impossible to get s swear takes me 4 o mins to find a vet dongeon and i get fake healers fake tanks and lvl 300 players that have no clue on what they are doing for vet on new dongeon on dlc

@@Sekaar PC EU server sorry could not think of monster set name it's anthelmirs construct from oathsworn pit veteran it's impossible can't learn mecs because can never find a game and TH-cam does not have 1 good guide on TH-cam on the dungeon all put out 1st day so there making guides on something they no nothing about

@@alexgarner9987that’s what you get for doing A vet dungeon with randoms. Create A group to run in vet and set desired cp level. Or just run it with guild mates I literally got it first night it was out. The resources are available to you just have to try a little harder :)

ESO is an embarrasing bugfest that ZOS doesnt care to fix as long as you keep shoveling money at them. You cant even pvp in cyrodiil cause the lag spikes will eat your inputs. This game is barely more than the failure fallout 76 was, and by the same people. Don't waste your money on this horrible game guild wars is better
